Join us on the campaign trail at these upcoming events:

Mar. 30
Walk a mile (or 30 miles) together with Mark as he covers the district from Tarpon Springs to St. Petersburg, engaging citizens in conversation along the way. We're calling this "Mark's Camino" -- A tour inspired by the candidate's travels across Europe, where he has walked more than 1,500 miles since retirement.

Event Details:

Saturday, March 30th at 5:00 AM

Start- Tarpon Springs Train Station on Tarpon Avenue

Rest Stop/Visit- Dunedin (approx. 8:30 AM)

Rest Stop/Visit- Additional to be added

End- Azalea Park, Saint Petersburg

The total distance from Tarpon Springs to Saint Petersburg is around 30 miles and will take approximately 9 hours to complete. The pace will be around 3 mph or 17-18 minute miles.

*We will walk rain or shine - only thunderstorms will impact the event*

If you plan to attend a short rally at the completion, which will include remarks and light refreshments, please RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Below: Mark joined members of the Nurses Union to raise awareness for the issues facing them in their upcoming contract. One of the most important things they are pressing for are ratios that limit the number of patient any nurse can be responsible for at a given time. The motivation is clear. The nurses are dedicated to providing the best health care they can and need a reasonable work environment to make that happen.

Below: Mark Attended the Clearwater Neighborhoods Coalition Meeting Monday night. The organization is a non-profit that brings together almost 40 different neighborhoods in the Clearwater City limits.
